These do fit 2021-2025 3.5L Engines, they do not have a washer like OEM but are a tapered design.

This is the Ford Performance one step colder plug. For tuned trucks, it’s recommended to change plugs every 15-20,000 miles. If you’ve got a high mileage truck and haven’t changed them, good idea to do so. If you’ve bought a pre owned truck with above 30,000 miles and are unsure if they’ve been changed, also a good idea to do so.
 
Note: Carefully toqure using a torque wrench during installation, 'hand tight' is not accurate and can damage spark plugs! See torque specs below!
